Event Overview:

• Event Name: "Spooky Forest Adventure"
• Date & Time: October 31st, 3:30 PM - 6 PM
• Location: Brunton International LLC headquarters
• Main Activity: Spooky Forest Trek, Costume Contest & Raffle
• Additional Activities: Halloween-themed snacks, Catered Food, Drinks, Photo Booths, etc.
• Safety Considerations:
  • Food safety measures for all snacks (e.g., pre-packaged items, gloves for servers).
  • Public safety measures.
  • Compliance with local health department regulations for food handling.

• Trail of Lost Explorers: Offices & employees who wish to participate will have their offices facades dressed up as a forest path and candy will be given out, as if they were spooky sections of the woods. Participants will color printouts of our compasses and “use them” to navigate the spooky forest in “hiking groups”. Catered foods will also be served in the “Autumn Base Camp” in the main community area, and will depend on which sponsors wish to participate.
  • Ages: Kids, Teens, Adults (w/ their children).
  • Volunteers can rotate out to give the forest tour.
• Treats: Prepared foods & individually wrapped candy / snack.
  • Ensure food safety by working with licensed vendors or using pre-packaged options.
• Costume Contest:
  • Prizes for Best Overall Costume, Funniest, Scariest, and Most Unique.
    • Tiered Prizes can include tees, hats, stickers, etc.
    • We can also include any donations from our sponsors, as well as any PR they want to include.
  • Option to dress up as Brunton-themed characters (like explorers, navigators).
    • Give-aways for those who dress up in Adventure or Outdoor themed costumes, which can include tag-alongs, tees, hats, stickers, etc.
• Raffle:
  • Guests will be given tickets upon arrival to be entered into a raffle to win fun prizes.
    • Prizes will include giveaways from Brunton, as well as any supplied by sponsors.
• Fortune Teller Booth:
  • One of our employees will be playing a pretend fortune teller, which will also serve as another photobooth.
  • Navigation-themed “fortunes” will be used by our fortune teller and candy will also be given out.
• Photo Booths:
  • Twin Halloween-themed backdrops with props for attendees to take fun photos in their costumes.
  • Once booth will include cutouts allowing participants to put their heads through.
• Face Painting:
  • In-house or outsourced face painting artist to add to embellish kids looks.
  • Face-painter will use disposable brushes and sponges on children’s faces to mitigate cross-contamination.
